There are several places where you can add images, audio, and video using our Global Attachment feature, which looks like this:

You will be presented with the above feature when you are adding an attachment to a:


Image Details

File restrictions:

  • File size max: 30mb

  • No resolution limit

Acceptable file types:

  • gif

  • jpg

  • jpeg

  • png

Video Details

File restrictions:

  • File size max (when uploading from device): 30mb

  • Recording length max (when added directly into Otus): 5 minutes

Acceptable file types:

  • mp4

  • mov

  • webm

❓ What if you have a video larger than 30mb, or longer than 5 minutes?

  • We recommend using another host such as YouTube or Google Drive. You can upload the video to either one of those sources, then provide the students with a link to the audio.
