There are many ways to add images, video, and audio to Advanced Assessments. If you are looking to add images, video, or audio in other places (such as a lesson or simple assessment), check out this article instead!


Images

Requirements:

  • Acceptable file types are jpeg, png, gif, and svg.

  • Image file size must be less than 500kb.

  • The recommended maximum width of the image is about 700px. If the image exceeds the width of the content container, it will be automatically scaled down to fit.

Video

Requirements:

  • Acceptable file types: YouTube, Vimeo, Brightcove, mp4

  • Maximum file size for an mp4: 100mb

💡Tip: If the video is too large to upload, add it to Google Drive. You can embed the video file directly into the advanced assessment question.

Audio

Requirements:

  • Acceptable file types: mp3 (5mb max file size).

  • Can record directly into the assessment (max length is 10 minutes).
