You can view the information on each of your classes to do the following:

  • edit class name
  • view class code
  • change class site
  • select/edit subject
  • select/edit language
  • select/edit grade level
  • add new students,
  • add a co-teacher
  • download the roster
  • archive the class
  • delete the class
  • toggle on/off allowing new students to be added


From the home screen, select Classes

Select Class Info from the secondary navigation window

Using the drop down, select the class you wish.

View and edit the desired class information fields. 

  • Class Name
  • Site
  • Subject
  • Language
  • Grade

Selecting the ellipsis will allow you to download roster, archive the class, or delete the class. 

You can also set your class to Allow New Students if you want to be able to allow students to add themselves to your class with a class code.

If you have another teacher who works with your students, this is where you can add that person as a co-teacher.  
If they already have accounts, enter their full email, hit Enter, and click on it as it pops up.

Next, select Add.  

Then, Save at the bottom. 

If they don't have Otus accounts yet, you can add them by uploading a filled out Teacher CSV template or adding new co-teacher! 

Once you have made all of your adjustments, select Save.
