Administrators can create a flexible plan template with a variety of items that can be evaluated on different scales or even formatted to allow for simple text entry. Then any other administrator or teacher in the district can add and view active plans for any student.

Creating a Template
The template builder enables administrators to create a highly customized plan template that can be used by any other administrator or teacher in the district. Building a template includes the following:
Selecting an overall scale
Creating the plan's description
Building sections to categorize each item or data point that you would like to track
Templates can be:
Previewed before they are published.
Saved as a draft.
Published for immediate access.
Edited by Administrators after publishing.
Cloned
Sent to other administrators.
Viewing Available Plan Templates
The primary navigation page of the plans module contains a list of the existing plans for the district. On this page, educators can see the plan title, the overall status breakdown, who created it, and when it was last modified. Selecting a plan will open it, the ellipsis button on the right allows teachers or administrators to add students to the plan. Administrators can also create or edit plan templates from here. Adding Students
After the template has been created, teachers or administrators can add students to the plan. Here are the key details to know when adding students:
Teachers can add students from their class lists.
Administrators can add any students based on their site- or grade-level permissions.
Items in the plan can be shown or hidden per student. Note: Customization is an option enabled in the plan template by the administrator who created it.
❗️It can take up to 10 minutes after saving for students to be added to the plan.
Updating and Viewing Plan Data
Full Plan - Student List View
View the overall status of all students on the plan.
Export a CSV of this information by selecting the download button to the right of the Search Students field.
Full Plan - Details View
Presents a read-only view of the details of the plan, including the description and each section with all corresponding items.
Can include a detailed description for each section to guide teachers as they update a student's plan.
Allows teachers and administrators to easily see the plan in its entirety without adding a student or opening a specific student’s plan progress.
Shows the Item Status Analytics as a horizontal bar chart to break down the details of that particular item. Find out more about analyzing item status analytics.
Drilldown on any status bar chart to see all students with assigned values for that item.
Individual Student View
Educators can start adding data and viewing historical progress as soon as the plan template is published and students are added.

Selecting an item will open its historical data and any added attachments.
Download a student summary report by clicking on the file download icon.
Historical Item Performance Page
A line graph showing the progress of that status over time
A table listing the individual status entry details
Removing and Reactivating Students from a Plan
A student can either be removed from a plan or they can complete a plan.
Reactivating Students
If a student was removed or marked complete for a plan, you can add them back to the plan and then see all of their previously saved data.
