See how many students fall into each of the status categories for an individual item on a plan.

See the average status score for students on an individual item.

Step 1: Navigate to the plan you wish to review.

Step 2: Select the Details tab.

Step 3: View the Item Status Analytics for each item.

The Students column indicates how many students have data being tracked in that particular item. In this example, 7 students have the Mathematics item on their plan.

The horizontal bar chart displays number of students in each level of the scale being used.

Hover over each section of the item's horizontal bar chart to display both the number of students and the percentage of students who have been given a particular status for that component of the item.

Example: This shows that 2 out of 7 students (28.57%) have been given a status of Almost Complete on the "Level of Student 1:1 Follow-Up" component of the Science item.

The horizontal bar chart will display the lowest, average, and highest point values for that item.

Hover over the horizontal bar chart to see the number of students that have not been tracked and the total number of students that have been added to the plan.

Example: This shows the lowest point value given for the item Goal 1 is 2, the average is 3, and the highest is 4.
