On an Otus Plan, item status analytics allows the viewer to:

  • See how many students fall into each of the status categories for an individual item on a Plan.

  • See the average status score for students on an individual item.

How to View Item Status Analytics

  • Step 1: Navigate to the plan you wish to see the analytics for:

  • Step 2: Select the Details tab.

  • Step 3: View the Item Status Analytics for each item.

  • Students column: this indicates how many students have that particular item on their plan. In this example, 7 students have the Mathematics item on their plan.

  • Hovering over each section of the item's horizontal bar chart will display how many students have been given a particular status for that component of the item, as well as the percentage. See example below; this example shows that 2 out of 7 students (28.57%) have been given a status of Almost Complete on the "Level of Student 1:1 Follow Up" component of the Science item.

➡️ Point Values

  • If the item is linked to a point value rather than a status, the horizontal bar chart will display the lowest, average, and highest point value for that item.

  • Hovering over the horizontal bar chart will show you how many students have not been tracked, in additional to total students. See example below; this example shows that the lowest point value given for this component of Goal 1 has been a 2, the average is a 3, and the highest is a 4.
