Item status analytics allows the viewer to:

  • See how many students fall into each of the status categories for an individual item on a plan.

  • See the average status score for students on an individual item.

Viewing Item Status Analytics

  • Step 1: Navigate to the plan you wish to review.

  • Step 2: Select the Details tab.

  • Step 3: View the Item Status Analytics for each item.

  • The Students column indicates how many students have data being tracked in that particular item. In this example, 7 students have the Mathematics item on their plan.

➡️ Scale Values

  • The horizontal bar chart displays number of students in each level of the scale being used.

  • Hover over each section of the item's horizontal bar chart to display both the number of students and the percentage of students who have been given a particular status for that component of the item.

  • Example: This shows that 2 out of 7 students (28.57%) have been given a status of Almost Complete on the "Level of Student 1:1 Follow-Up" component of the Science item.

➡️ Point Values

  • The horizontal bar chart will display the lowest, average, and highest point values for that item.

  • Hover over the horizontal bar chart to see the number of students that have not been tracked and the total number of students that have been added to the plan.

  • Example: This shows the lowest point value given for the item Goal 1 is 2, the average is 3, and the highest is 4.
