What should I do if I notice duplicates of a custom standard?
Since duplicates of a standard can cause complications when analyzing data, we recommend the following steps.
Rename one of the duplicate standards so that it can be easily differentiated from the other.
Identify if any data has been collected on the duplicate standard. You can use Standards Analytics to see if the standard has been assessed and to locate the assessment(s) the standard is linked to.
If the duplicate standard has been used to collect data, link the correct standard to the assessments first and then unlink the duplicate standard.
Once all assessments have been linked to the correct standard, you can delete the duplicate standard.
How can I resolve 'null' labels on report cards?
If 'null' appears before a standard on printed report cards, it means the Description field for that custom standard is empty. Note: This can only be corrected from the Main Admin account for the district.
From the Main Admin account, locate and edit the affected custom standard.
Add a clarifying Description to the standard.
Save your changes.
Generate Report Cards again.
