To get started, contact your data Partnership Manager and be sure to copy your Otus Client Experience Partner on the email. From there, the account manager will handle the setup to get the data to Otus.
Below is a sample message you can send to your representative:
Hello <Partnership Manager>,
<District Name> would like to provide permission for Otus to receive our Discovery Education data via SFTP. I’ve included our Otus Client Experience Partner in this email so they will be informed when the sharing of data is in place. Please let me know if there’s anything else needed on my end to move forward.
