Otus has automated the NWEA data-sharing process for districts. Once configured, your team will no longer need to manually share NWEA data with the Otus team. NWEA data will be available in Otus the week following your district’s defined testing window end date.
In order to move forward with this setup, please contact the Otus Client Data Team at clientdata@otus.com. We will need the following information:
NWEA Account and Credentials for the Otus team’s use
Email Address: The Client Data Team or your CXP will provide you with an email to use when setting up an NWEA account for us
This new account/user needs to have the District Assessment Coordinator role. Click here for directions on how to create this account. Please do not create the account until the Client Data Team or CXP have confirmed that the email to use is a working email. That will ensure the account is ready to receive the password setup email.
First Name: OtusNWEA
Last Name: DistrictName (Use your district name)
Username: OtusDistrictName (Note: You will use your district name in place of DistrictName.)
Password: The Client Data Team will receive an email from NWEA to the email account we provided for the NWEA account setup, and will set up the password.
