This guide walks district administrators through how to manually export an NWEA Combined Data File and share it securely with the Otus team for upload into your district's platform. Once the file is received, Otus handles the rest. No additional action is needed on your end.

NWEA MAP Access

You must have access to your district's NWEA MAP platform to export the Combined Data File.

ShareFile Login

You'll need a ShareFile account to securely send the file to Otus. If you don't have one, email clientdata@otus.com to request a secure file sharing link

📋 Share NWEA Combined Data File

Step 1: Log in to your district's NWEA MAP platform.

Step 2: Export your Combined Data File from NWEA.

Step 3: Log in to your ShareFile instance.

  • Don't have a ShareFile login? Email clientdata@otus.com to request a secure file sharing link before proceeding.

Step 4: Upload to securely share the file with the Otus team through ShareFile.
