Otus has automated the data-sharing process for FastBridge. To begin sharing FastBridge data for your district, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Contact your Otus Client Experience Partner to let them know that you would like to automate FastBridge data in 3rd Party analytics in Otus. The Client Experience Partner will work with you to confirm the upload schedule.

Step 2: Contact FastBridge support to request a data export on behalf of Otus. FastBridge will create the credentials and share them with you.

Step 3: Send an email to <a href="mailto:clientdata@otus.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">clientdata@otus.com</a> to request a secure file sharing link to share the credentials with us. Please copy (Cc) your Client Experience Partner on the email.

Step 4: The Otus Client Data Team will configure the automation and we will let you know when it's ready to go!

Note: FastBridge automation will only be active for the current academic year. If you need historical data uploaded, please reach out to your Client Experience Partner.
