Otus has automated the aimswebPlus data sharing process for districts. Once configured, your team will no longer need to manually share aimswebPlus data with the Otus team. The automation will then occur on a nightly basis.
To get started, contact your Pearson representative and request that they send the aimswebPlus Score Export files to Otus using the existing SFTP connection. Once you've made that request, email your Otus Client Experience Partner and copy the Client Data Team at clientdata@otus.com so they know the aimswebPlus data automation process has begun and can monitor for the incoming files.
aimswebPlus data automation will be for the current academic year, and any additional available historical data will also be imported.
