As a family member, you can view assessment results from outside sources (such as state or district tests) that have been linked to your student’s profile by accessing the Reports module in your Otus Family account.

Note: Not all family accounts will have access to the Reports module. If you don’t see it, your district may not be using this feature.

Viewing 3rd Party Data

  • Step 1: Log in to your Otus Family account.

  • Step 2: Navigate to the Reports module.

  • Step 3: On the left-hand menu, click Reports.

  • Step 4: Check for 3rd Party Data or any assessment results from external sources.

    • If your student has any 3rd Party Data available, you’ll see it displayed here.

    • If the page is blank, it means there is no 3rd Party Data connected to your student at this time.

  • Step 5: Switch between students (if applicable).

    • If you have more than one student linked to your account, use the dropdown in the upper-right corner to select a different student.

  • Step 6: Explore the data.

    • Many visuals are interactive:

      • Hover over graphs or charts to see more details.

      • Sort tables by clicking column headers.

      • Switch between subjects or assessment attempts when options are available.
