To Add a Note / Report Card Comment:

Select Classes from the home screen and choose the desired class from the drop-down menu. You can also select the class tile from the home screen.

Once you are in the appropriate class, chose the desired student by clicking their student tile.

From here, click on the Information tab.

Scroll down to the Notes section, click the + icon, and enter the desired notes for the student.  If you attach it to the individual class, the note will only stay in the profile for as long as the student is enrolled in that class.  
To add a note that will remain with the student over the years, select All Classes. Select Save Note to save.

If you'd like to include your note in a report card, check "Include in Report Card".  As long as the report card includes the date you set for this note, it will be included.


To Edit or Delete a Teacher Note / Report Card Comment

While in the Student Profile...
Step 1: Select Information
Step 2: Select Classes
Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on the note you wish to edit or delete

Step 4: Click on the ellipses on the right; choose either Edit or Delete
