🔑 Key Features
Feature | What It Does |
Points-Based | Generates report cards using points-based grading, including assessment data and overall class grades. |
Generates report cards based on student performance across academic standards on one or more grading scales. | |
Assessments + Standards | Combines both points-based and standards data into a single report card. |
Don't reinvent the wheel. Clone a report card you already generated using it as a template. |
💡Pro-Tip: Report cards cover current classes by default. To capture a student's previous academic sessions, or previous school years, enable Include archived data. Left off, the report will only reflect actively rostered classes.
⚙️ How It Works
Report Cards gives you three powerful views to look at student data.
Assessments View (Points-Based) - Displays every assessment assigned to your classes. Each assessment generates its own column, keeping scores organized and easy to compare. Teachers can enter or update scores directly from this view.
Standards View - Displays and calculates each student's performance by academic standard. Scores are automatically aggregated across all assessments that address that standard, giving you a clear picture of student mastery across your curriculum. You can include one or more grading scales.
Assessment + Standards - Use both views together for the most complete picture. The Assessments view shows assignment-level performance, while the Standards view reveals patterns in skill mastery over time.
