Summary reports for all students’ plans can be downloaded at once. Each student’s plan is generated as an individual PDF, allowing the reports to be printed and shared with family members (if they do not have permission to view the plan) or with other individuals as needed.

Access Student Plans
Step 1: Navigate to the Plans module.
Step 2: Select the plan you want to download.
Download Student Plans
Step 1: Click the Download icon.
Step 2: Select whether to download student plans as a CSV or PDF.
Any applied filters will be reflected in the download. If no filters are applied, the download will include all students.

Download as CSV
Downloading as a CSV provides a complete overview of all student plans, including:
Student Information
First and Last Name
Email
Gender
Ethnicity/Race
Grade level
Site
Identifies
SIS ID
State ID
Student Number
Plan Details
Overall status
Last Modified
Download as PDF
Click Download Plans to export your plans as a PDF. You can choose to download all student plans in a single PDF or each student’s plan as an individual PDF, included in a ZIP file. After selecting your preferred option, click Start Download to begin.
After clicking Start Download, the download will begin, and a progress indicator will appear.
Click Download at the top of the plan to save student plans directly to your device.
Downloads will continue if you leave the page.
After the file has been downloaded, it will be removed from the page and will not be saved within the system.
Click the X to delete the download at any time.
You can start multiple downloads at the same time, either within the same plan or across different plans. Some downloads may appear as Pending while they wait to be processed.
