Otus provides an automated DreamBox data-sharing process for districts. Once it’s set up, your team will no longer need to manually send DreamBox data to Otus. The process runs automatically.
To get started, contact your DreamBox account manager and be sure to copy our team (clientdata@otus.com) on the email. From there, the DreamBox account manager and the Otus Client Data Team will handle the setup together.
Below is a sample message you can send to your DreamBox representative:
Hello <Rep’s Name>,
<District Name> would like to provide permission for Otus to receive our DreamBox data via SFTP. I’ve included the Otus Client Data Team on this email so we can begin the process. Please let me know if there’s anything else needed on my end to move forward.
