Otus provides an automated DreamBox data-sharing process for districts. Once it’s set up, your team will no longer need to manually send DreamBox data to Otus. The process runs automatically.
To get started, contact your DreamBox Partnership Manager and be sure to copy your Client Experience Partner on the email. From there, the DreamBox account manager will handle the setup to get the data to Otus.
Below is a sample message you can send to your DreamBox representative:
Hello <Partnership Manager>,
<District Name> would like to provide permission for Otus to receive our DreamBox data via SFTP. I’ve included our Otus Client Experience Partner in this email so they will be informed when the sharing of data is in place. Please let me know if there’s anything else needed on my end to move forward.
