Download a Missing Assessments Report for a Class
❗ Important Note: Downloading a missing assessments report for an entire class is only available in the Assessments gradebook. Some districts may choose to use a Standards gradebook only, in which case you will not see an Assessments gradebook in your account.
Step 1: Navigate to the Gradebook module.
Step 2: If needed, click to view the Assessments tab in your gradebook (districts primarily using standards-based grading may see the Standards tab on the left, and the Assessments tab on the right).
Step 3: Use the drop down menu to specify which class you wish to view data in.
Step 4: Select the ellipsis menu at the top right of the Gradebook.
Step 5: Select Missing Assessments.
The report will be downloaded as a .csv file, and will include the following information for each student:
Student name
Student email
SIS ID
All assessments with a current status of "Missing" in Otus
