The standards view of the gradebook provides teachers and administrators with a birds-eye view of each class's overall standard performance for each standard that has been attempted in this academic session or the current grading period. That overall standard score represents every single time that standard was assessed or graded. Take a deeper look at each attempt in an individual standards view.
Viewing the Individual Standard Data
Step 1: From the home screen, select Gradebook.
Step 2: Choose a class from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Select Standards.
Step 4: Select any cell to see the attempts for that student and standard.
Step 5: The attempts are listed in chronological order in both the table and the graph.
Determining the Order of Attempts
The order of attempts is determined by the dates of each attempt. The following dates are used to sort attempts from earliest attempt to latest attempt.
Due Date: The gradebook first looks for a due date to determine the date of the attempt.
Submitted Date: If there is no due date, the date the student submitted the assessment is used.
Graded Date: If there is no due date or submission date, the date the assessment was graded is used instead. (This will be used for rubric assessments and plus assessments that are not submitted by the students.)
