Electronic Distribution
Are you looking to distribute report cards electronically? Otus collaborates with Rave to allow for electronic distribution. To learn more about Rave, including how to request a demo or purchase for your district, click here. If your school district already uses Rave, you can begin using this feature immediately!
💡 Tips:
In order for this integration to work properly, the ID that is selected when running report cards in Otus needs to be the same ID that is used in Rave.
In addition, if a district chooses to have the ID to display on the report card, make note that the report card PDF will have the Student ID formatted with "Student Number" on each page.
