If your district uses Clever, you may be signing into Otus using your Clever credentials. If that is the case, there are two ways you can log in to Otus:

Click here to access printable directions.

Option 1: Using your Clever Dashboard

  • Step 1: Log into your Clever account using your district's preferred login method.

  • Step 2: Select the Otus app from your Clever dashboard.

  • Step 3: You will be taken to your Otus home page automatically.

Option 2: Using Clever SSO on my.otus.com

  • Step 1: Navigate to my.otus.com

  • Step 2: Select the Clever SSO button.

  • Step 3: Log into your Clever account using your district's preferred login method.

  • Step 4: You will be taken to your Otus home page automatically.

If students are using shared devices

  • students must log out of the Clever Portal before the device can be used for the next student. Be on the lookout for either of these images to help make sure students are using the correct account on the shared device. See below.

FAQ and Troubleshooting

Can teachers and administrators create their own Otus accounts?

No. Your district sets up Otus accounts for teachers and administrators. If you believe you should have an account, contact your district’s Otus administrator or email our Support Team at support@otus.com.

When attempting to log in with Clever single sign-on, I receive the following message: “We couldn’t log you in with this information.”

This message appears when logging in with single-sign-on (SSO) if either the email you used isn’t associated with an Otus account or you’re using the wrong login method. Make sure you’re using your correct school email and the login method your district supports. If you believe you should have an account, contact your district’s Otus administrator or email our Support Team at support@otus.com.
