Password Reset for Email Address Login

If you log directly into Otus using an active email address, please follow the steps below to reset your password. 

Visit my.otus.com and select Forgot password.


Enter the email address associated with your Otus account and select Send Reset Instructions. 

Log in to your email account and open the email that contains the link to reset your password. Note - it might take a few minutes for the recovery email to be sent to your account.

***The email address for your account must be an active email address in order to reset your password. If an inactive email (username) was used to create your account, please contact support@otus.com for further assistance. 

SSO Login & Password Reset

If your district uses Google, Clever, or Microsoft as a single sign-on, the system administrator at your school must reset the password for you. If you do not know the System Administrator, please reach out to support@otus.com for further assistance. 

Change/Reset Student Password and Information

If a student cannot remember their password, gets locked out of their account, or needs to change their password for any reason, the teacher can do that right in the teacher account! Just follow these steps to find out how!

  1. Enter the student's profile from the teacher account.
  2. At the top left-hand corner, select the pencil icon.
  3. Enter the new password in the Password and Confirm Password fields
  4. Select Save
