Password Reset for Email Address Login
If you login to Otus using an active email address, please follow the steps below to reset your password.
Visit my.otus.com and select "Forgot Password"
Enter the email address associated with your Otus account and click Send Recovery Email.
Login to your email account and open the email that contains the link to reset your password. ***Please note that it might take a few minutes for the recovery email to be sent to your account.
***The email address for your account must be an active email address in order to reset your password. If an inactive email (username) was used to create your account, please contact email@example.com for further assistance.
SSO Login & Password Reset
If your organization has SSO enabled, the system administrator at your school must reset the password for you. If you do not know the System Administrator, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
