General Information

  • Assessment drafts can be edited at any time.
  • With Simple and Rubric assessments, the changes you make will show on the assigned versions of those test.
  • Advanced assessment drafts can be edited at any time, but no changes will be reflected on the assigned assessment. The old version of the assessment would need to be unassigned and the new version would need to be assigned to make the changes visible to students.
  • Bubble Sheet assessments follow a slightly different set of rules. See below for details.
  • If you would like to adjust the grading scale for any assessment, you will need to first clone the assessment to adjust the scale. This also applies to adjusting the criterion for a non-points rubric.

  • Questions and Answer Choices: Includes updating text, adding questions, and deleting questions.
  • Correct Answers: Any auto-graded questions are re-scored and the total assessment score is recalculated.

  • Title and Assessment Type (click here to see how to edit).
  • Descriptor Titles or Descriptions: This includes adding or removing descriptors.
  • Criterion (Points Grading Scale): The original score remains. A score would need to be manually adjusted from a 2 if the criteria changed from 0-3 to 1-4.
