The Portfolio is a place for you and your teachers to add artifacts that showcase meaningful work aligned to specific skills. Artifacts are any schoolwork or achievements (like essays or projects) that demonstrate the skills you've developed.
Artifacts can be added and viewed by you and teachers.
All artifacts can be edited or deleted by you.
Teachers can only edit or delete artifacts that they have added.
If a teacher adds an artifact, their name will be listed under the artifact title.
Add an Artifact
Click on Portfolio and click Add Artifact.
1️⃣ Add File
Upload the artifact (Add File or access Google Drive).
Add a Name for your artifact.
Select the School Year (default is the current year).
Click Next.
2️⃣ Select Skills
Select 1 (or more) Skills that apply to the artifact.
Click Next.

button if you aren't sure what Skills to choose.

3️⃣ Write or Record Reflection
Share your reflection as writing, audio, or video. Choose one or more of the options below.
Type a Reflection for the artifact. (5,000 character limit)
Record audio or video for the artifact. (Up to 5 minutes long)
Add Artifact.
Your artifact has now been added to your Portfolio.
Edit an Artifact
1️⃣ Click the artifact you want to edit.
2️⃣ Select Edit at the top right corner.
These are the edits you can make:
1. Remove and select a new artifact
2. Artifact name
3. School year for the artifact
4. Add or remove Skills
5. Edit reflection (written, video, or audio)
3️⃣ Click Save in the top right corner.
View an Artifact
1️⃣ Find the Artifact
Make sure you've chosen the correct school year. Then, find your artifact in one of the following ways:
Option 1: Search the artifact's title.
Option 2: Search by Skill. Select a Skill that is linked to your artifact.
Option 3: Scroll through the complete list of your artifacts.
2️⃣ Click on the artifact you want to view.
3️⃣ Click on the artifact to open it.
Delete an Artifact
❗️Note: Deleting an Artifact will remove it from the Portfolio along with all of its details. This action cannot be undone.
1️⃣ Click the artifact you want to delete.
2️⃣ Click on the delete button in the top right corner.
3️⃣ Click Delete in the message only if you are ready.
