Admin: Journey to Success Gallery

View student Gallery data.

The Gallery is a place for teachers and their students to add artifacts that showcase the five Journey to Success Skills. Each artifact will be linked to one or more of the five Journey to Success Skills.

  • Effective Communicator

  • Emerging Innovator

  • Globally & Culturally Competent Citizen

  • Prepared & Resilient Learner

  • Productive Collaborator

As an administrator, you can:

  • View the total number of artifacts uploaded

  • View the total number of artifacts by skill

  • View total artifacts and total artifacts per skill for each grade level in the district

  • View total artifacts and total artifacts per skill for each site in the district

  • View individual student Galleries

Permissions: Visibility is determined by the permission settings assigned to the admin user.


Journey to Success Gallery

Step 1: Click on the Gallery module on the left-hand navigation bar.

Step 2: Select the date range (the default will be the current school year)


View Artifact Data

1: Total Number of Artifacts

  • This will display the total Number of Artifacts uploaded for the timeframe chosen.

2: Artifact Per Skill

  • Hovering over a skill bar will display the total number of uploaded artifacts.

  • Click the menu icon in the corner to view in full screen, print, or download.

3: Students Meeting Artifact Minimum

  • Hovering over the sections will display the percentage of that section.

  • "All Time" date range will not display the Students Meeting Artifact Minimum.

4: Grade Level (Artifacts by Grade Level)

The first section provides data for the following:

  • Grade Level

  • Total Students

  • % Minimum Met

  • Total Artifacts

The second section lists the five Journey to Success Skills, with the number of uploaded artifacts for each.

  • Effective Communicator

  • Emerging Innovator

  • Globally & Culturally Competent Citizen

  • Prepared & Resilient Learner

  • Productive Collaborator

💡Click on any of the headings in the table to sort the data in ascending or descending order.

5: Sites (Artifacts by Site)

The first section provides data for the following:

  • Sites

  • Total Students

  • % Minimum Met

  • Total Artifacts

The second section lists the five Journey to Success Skills, with the number of uploaded artifacts for each in that specific site.

  • Effective Communicator

  • Emerging Innovator

  • Globally & Culturally Competent Citizen

  • Prepared & Resilient Learner

  • Productive Collaborator


🔎 Drill Down into Data

Drill into the Grade Level or Site sections to view a detailed breakdown of students, including the total number of artifacts they’ve uploaded and the count for each skill.

🔢 Access Data by Grade Level or Site

  • Here you can do the following:

    • Search for students by typing three consecutive letters of their name.

    • Filter artifacts by a selected timeframe.

    • Sort results by total artifacts or by skill.

    • Access individual student Galleries by clicking directly on their row

🧑‍🎓 View an Individual Student's Gallery

To view an individual student's Gallery, click directly on their row.

Locate and view artifacts in one of the following ways:

  • Option 1: Search - Type three or more consecutive characters of the title.

  • Option 2: Skills List - Click a Skill to see linked artifacts.

  • Option 3: Scroll - Use the scroll bar to look through all artifacts.

💡 Tip: By default, only artifacts from the current school year will be shown. Use the drop-down menu to adjust the school year.

Click directly on the artifact you want to view.

ℹ️ If a Google resource has been attached, be sure the correct Google sharing permissions have been set to be able to view it.

As an administrator, can I add content to a student's Gallery?

No, administrators cannot add content to student Galleries. Only teachers and students can contribute to a student's Gallery. However, administrators can view individual student Galleries.
