Deleting an assessment permanently removes the draft from your account. This action cannot be undone; only the draft is removed. Any assigned copies, collected student data, and gradebook grades are not affected.
🚨 Deleting an assessment draft is permanent and cannot be undone. If you want to remove an assigned assessment and its grades from the gradebook, you must unassign the assessment instead of deleting it.
🔑 Key Functions
Delete a Draft: Permanently remove an assessment draft from your Assessment Drafts list.
Data Is Preserved: Grades and collected student data remain in the gradebook even after the draft is deleted.
Assigned Copies Remain Active: Any copies already assigned to classes will remain active after the draft is deleted.
Draft Is No Longer Usable: Once deleted, the draft cannot be recovered, reused, or reassigned.
🔢 Steps
Step 1: Navigate to your Draft Assessments section.
Step 2: Click the ellipsis to the right of the assessment you want to delete.
Step 3: Select Delete.
Step 4: Select Delete again to confirm the permanent deletion.
