A summary report of an individual student's plan can be downloaded as a PDF. This allows for the plan to be printed so that it can be shared with family members (if they do not have permission to view the plan) or others as needed.

Accessing the Student's Plan

Navigate to the plans module. Select the plan you'd like to download for a student and then select the student whose plan needs to be downloaded.

Downloading the Plan PDF

Choose the file download icon in the upper right-hand corner to download the PDF.

To ensure that both the cells of the table and the text of the status columns are printing in color, you will need to adjust the print settings. Each browser's options may be a bit different.

In Chrome: Step 1: Choose Save as PDF from the printer dropdown. Step 2: Select More settings Step 3: Select the Options for Headers and footers and Background graphics. Step 4: Choose Save.
In Safari: Step 1: Select Show Details. Step 2: Select the options for Print backgrounds and Print headers and footers. Step 3: From the PDF dropdown, select Save as PDF. Step 4: Choose Print.
In Firefox: Step 1: Select More settings. Step 2: Check the boxes for both options - Print headers and footers and Print backgrounds. Step 3: Select Print to download the PDF.

The PDF will be downloaded directly to your device for you to use as needed.
