If you need to share (send a copy of) a lesson, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Navigate to the Lessons module.
Step 2: Navigate to your Drafts section of the Lessons module.
Step 3: Select the ellipsis to the right of the lesson you wish to clone.
Step 4: Select Send Copy.

Confirm that you typed in the entire email address of the recipient. The recipient will not be found if only part of the email address is entered.
Confirm that you hit Enter or Return on your keyboard after you've typed in the entire email address.
Confirm that there aren't any typos in the email address itself.

Can I edit a lesson that has been sent to me?

Yes.

If I make edits to a lesson I have sent to another user, will their copy show those edits as well?

No. Once a copy of a lesson is sent to you, the copy of the lesson is independent of the original; they will not show any edits made to each other.

Can I send copies of an entire lesson folder?

At this time, you can only send a copy of one lesson at a time. To vote on the feature request to share lesson folders, click here!

Can I send a copy of more than one lesson at a time?

Currently, you can only send a copy of one lesson at a time. To vote on the feature request to share more than one lesson at a time, click here!

Can I send a copy of a lesson to more than one person at a time?

You can only send a lesson to one person at a time. To vote on the feature request to share lessons with more than one person at a time, click here!

Can I send a lesson to a user in a different district?

Yes. As long as you have the email address used for their Otus account, you can send a copy of a lesson lesson.

Can I see who I've already sent a lesson to?

No; you are not able to see who you've sent a lesson to.
