Submit a Student's Assessment

You can submit an assessment on a student's behalf.

Do you need to submit a student's assessment? You've come to the right place!

Advanced or Simple Assessment

Follow the directions below to submit a student's Advanced or Simple Assessment on their behalf.

  • Step 1: Navigate to your Assessments module, select Assigned, choose the correct class, and click on the assessment.

  • Step 2: Select the ellipsis next to the student, then choose Submit.

  • Step 3: Select Submit if you wish to continue with submitting the student's assessment.

You'll now notice that the assessment is labeled as Turned In for the student.


Rubric Assessment

Follow the directions below to submit a student's Rubric Assessment on their behalf.

  • Step 1: Same as above (navigate to the assigned assessment).

  • Step 2: Select any student's that you'd like to submit for, then select Submit Selected Students in the upper-right corner.

  • Step 3: Same as above (confirm you'd like to submit).

Can I unsubmit a student's assessment that I submitted?

Yes. Follow the directions found here to unsubmit a student's assessment.

Will the assessment still be auto-scored if I submit it for the student?

Yes. Auto-scoring will still take place on any question that was built to auto-score.

Can a student see that a teacher has submitted their assessment?

Yes. The student will see that the assessment has been Turned In. It will not explicitly say that the teacher turned it in, but the status changes, indicating that the assessment was submitted.
