How can I download or print an assessment draft?

The process of downloading or printing an assessment draft is slightly different for Simple and Advanced Assessments than it is for Rubric Assessments:

    • Step 2: Select the action menu (the ellipsis to the right of the desired assessment).

    • Step 3: Select Print or Print Answer Key

  • For Rubric AssessmentsNote: it may not be possible to print all of the content in some rubrics if the text in the descriptor is too long.

    • Step 1: Navigate to the Drafts page of your Assessments module.

    • Step 2: Select the action menu (the ellipsis to the right of the desired assessment).

    • Step 3: Select Preview

    • Step 5: From your browser options, zoom in or out until you are satisfied with what you see on the page.

    • Step 6: Print the webpage.

Can I print an assessment if I don’t have the draft?

No. Downloading a PDF or printing a copy of an assessment can only be done if you have the assessment in your Drafts. If you do not have it in your Drafts, please contact the educator who assigned the assessment.

How to print a student’s completed assessment

To print an assessment that the student has taken, go to Assessments - Assigned. Choose the class, and click on the assessment. Select the student to see the Grading screen of their assessment. From there, use your web browser’s built-in printing feature! You can either right-click on the page and select Print, or go to File - Print.
