In the 3rd Party tab of the Analytics module, you are able to add Physical Fitness Testing (PFT) data.
In order to have access to the PFT, there are a few tasks that need to be completed by the district. This article will explain those tasks.
How to Activate the PFT
The following steps need to be taken in order to activate the PFT for any district:
Step 1: The main administrative contact for the school district should reach out to their dedicated Otus Account Manager to request that the PFT be activated for their district.
Step 2: Once that request has been made, Otus will send the district a .csv that needs to be accurately filled out with student emails and birthdays. The district will also need to fill out any other columns in the .csv that are necessary for their state report.
Step 3: The district will send the completed .csv back to their Otus Account Manager, where the necessary actions will be taken to import the data into the district's account.
Step 4: Once it has been confirmed that the .csv has been uploaded and the PFT is turned on for the district, the district administrators and Physical Education teachers should then follow the directions found here in order to begin using the PFT in Otus.
