If your students have NWEA Math data uploaded into Otus, you can find Khan Academy resources that would specifically benefit them and send it directly to their bookshelf. Here is how!

  • Step 1: Navigate to the Analytics tab.

  • Step 2: By default, you will be placed in the 3rd Party tab.

  • Step 3: Select the NWEA tile.

  • Step 4: Choose a content area (mathematics) and Growth Comparison Period.

  • Step 5: Scroll down to Group NWEA Breakdown and select Mathematics.

  • Step 6: Select a score range to see the students who fall into the range

  • Step 7: Select the students you wish to send Khan Academy resources to.

  • Step 8: Select Link to Khan Math Resources.

  • Step 9: Select the resource(s) you'd like to send to those students

  • Step 10: Select

The student will then see the recourse(s) available in their bookshelf!

Note regarding how to unshare this resource - When you send resources from the NWEA analytics page, it is actually adding it directly to the student's My Bookshelf tab. Any resource in their My Bookshelf tab can be deleted by selecting the ellipsis, then delete from within the student's account.
