If you are a teacher, administrator, or student that needs to retrieve a forgotten password, follow the steps below. Based on your method of logging in, choose the option that best applies to you:
Option 1️⃣ : I log in manually by typing in an email address and password; the email address I use is an active email address.
Option 2️⃣ : I log in manually by typing in an email address and password; the email address I use is NOT an active email address.
Option 3️⃣ : I log in using Single Sign On (SSO) by selecting one of the buttons (Google, Apple, Clever, or Microsoft)
Follow the steps below if you log in manually by typing in an email address and password using an active email address.
➡️ It might take a few minutes for the recovery email to be sent to your account. Please also check your Spam folder.

This is for administrators, teachers, or students, in using Single Sign On (SSO) by selecting one of the buttons (Google, Apple, Clever, or Microsoft).
If your district uses Google, Clever, or Microsoft as a single sign-on, the system administrator at your school must reset the password for you. If you do not know the System Administrator, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Change/Reset Student Password
If a student cannot remember their password, gets locked out of their account, or needs to change their password for any reason, the teacher can do that in the student's profile.
To access the Student Profile, navigate to the Students tab of the Classes module. Then click on the student's name to see their Student Profile:
Step 1: At the top left-hand corner, select the pencil icon.
Step 2: Enter the new password in the Password and Confirm Password fields
Step 3: Select Save.
