To access your gradebook, select "Gradebook" on the left hand side of your screen.

You will have the option to view your
"Points Gradebook" or your
"Standards Gradebook"
at the
 top right corner.

There are many options when you are in the
"Points Gradebook."
 

You can select the following:

-Grading Period: 1, 2, 3, or 4
-Download CVS: Download your gradebook -Great for printing!
-Weighting: Choosing the percentage weight for each type of assessment!
-Edit Gradebook: Make changes to student scores, change the status, and even add extra credit!
-Add a + assessment: This will add a column to your Gradebook, so you can give students points, without creating an actual assessment! -Great for formative assessments!
-Class: Select the class you'd like to view!

There are also many options when you are in the
 "Standards Gradebook."

You can select the following:

-Class: Select the class you wish to view!
-View Standard by: Mean, Mode, Most Recent, Highest, or Decaying Average
-Grading Scale: (Mastery, Near Master, Approaching Master), (3,2,1), etc.
-Filter By: Assessments and Standards
-View Performance History: Double clicking on a students "score" will open the student's performance for that specific standard, offering a "Performance History" and a "Summary Bar Chart."

With all of the options
your Otus Gradebook offers, you are able to track students data with precision and ease!
