Problem:
The most common reason for this occurring is because the student is not logged into the Chromebook using the exact same Google account (e-mail address) that is used by your SIS to identify the student.

Solution:
Have the student log completely out of the Chromebook. Have the student log back into the Chromebook using the exact same e-mail address that is listed in your SIS.

If that does not work, notify your Google administrator at your school district to let them know that your student's Google e-mail address is different than the e-mail address for that student that is listed in your SIS.
