Teachers can easily enter family contact information within Otus. This information is important to have for ongoing communication throughout the school year.
You would first select Classes from the home screen and choose the desired class from the drop-down menu. You can also select the class tile from the home screen.
Once you are in the appropriate class, chose the desired student by clicking on the arrows located in the right hand corner of each student tile.
From here, click on the "Information" tab of the student profile.
If you scroll, you will see a section called "Family Contacts." If there isn't any family contact information yet, you can select the + symbol to add it. If there is, simply click the "Family Contacts" header to enter another contact.
Enter family information into each field and make sure to select Done to save.
