*Note - this article will show TEACHERS how to edit or delete a teacher-created recognition from the list of available recognitions. If you are a TEACHER wish to see how to create, assign, unsassign, or view student recognitions, click HERE.
If you are an ADMINISTRATOR wish to add, edit, or delete recognitions from a DISTRICT level, click HERE.
To Edit or Delete a Recognition
Step 1: Within the Students section of your Classes module, click the ellipsis in the upper-right corner and select Give Recognition
Step 2: Hover over the recognition you wish to edit or delete. *Note - you can only edit or delete recognitions created by you. If they have a square icon, they are a district recognition, and can only be edited or deleted from the super administrator account.
- To edit the recognition, select the pencil icon. From here, you can edit the name of the recognition, as well as if it is considered positive or negative. *Note - changing the name here will retroactively change the name in all instances the recognition was assigned.
- To delete the recognition, select the trash can icon. *Note - deleting the recognition here will delete all instances of that recognition being assigned.
