Anyone with access to a student's plan is able to update the student's status for each item on the plan. Included in the plan update is the ability to attach a file to that status so that others who view an item's historical updates will be able to access that file. Teachers and administrators can add any of the following file types:

  • file upload

  • take pictures, record videos, or record audio directly in Otus

  • add links to a website or resource

  • link a YouTube video

  • add a resource from Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive
