How to download resources from your bookshelf.

The bookshelf allows teachers and students to share resources with each other and keep them organized in one central location. There may be times when you want to download a resource from your bookshelf to your device. This article will show you how to download the various types of resources from your bookshelf.

Example of a Teacher's "Shared With Me" Bookshelf:


Download Images

  • Step 1: Once you are on your bookshelf, select the image you'd like to download.

  • Step 2: Right-click on the image and select Save Image As...

  • Step 3: Save the image to your device as needed.


Download Videos

  • Once you are on your bookshelf, select the video you'd like to download.

From here, there are two ways to download:

  • Quick Download - will download the video directly to your Downloads folder.

  • Save As - Allows you to change the name and save to a desired location on your device.

Quick Download

  • Step 1: Select the ellipsis in the bottom right corner of the video.

  • Step 2: Select Download

Save As

  • Step 1: Right-click on the video and select Save Video As...

  • Step 2: Save the video to your device as needed.


Download Audio Recordings

  • Step 1: Once you are on your bookshelf, select the audio file you'd like to download.

  • Step 2: Select the name of the file just below the audio.

  • Step 3: The audio will open in a new tab. Select the ellipsis.

  • Step 4: Select download.

  • Step 4: Save the audio recording to your device as needed.


Download Files

To download files such as documents or PDFs, once you open the document or PDF, you can save it to your device like you normally would with any other document or PDF.
