Otus offers assessment folders to help keep your assessment organized!
*Any assessment not in a folder will be listed in Drafts under "All".*
*Note: Accounts can have up to 50 individual folders, each containing 50 sub-folders, and an unlimited number of assessments!*
*Only admin users can share entire folders with others.*
Creating an Assessment Folder
To create a folder, first navigate to the Assessments module.
Next, select the + option to create a new folder.
Create a name for the folder, select the "All" folder to make a new folder on it's own, and select Save.
To create a subfolder of an existing folder, select an already created folder, create name of subfolder, and click Save!
Add Assessments to a Folder
To add an assessment to a folder, all you need to do is drag and drop the assessment where you want it to go!
This video demonstrates the two ways you can move your assessments!
Move Assessments to a Different Folder
To move an assessment from one folder to another, first click on the folder that the assessment is currently in.
Next, locate the Assessment you wish to move, then drag and drop it to the correct folder. Moving the assessment to the "All" folder will place it back into drafts, not in any folder.
Delete a Folder
To delete a folder, hover over the folder you wish to delete and click the three dots to the right.
Otus will warn you that you will be permanently deleting the folder and all contents within the folder, and you will have to confirm by typing "DELETE" in the text box that appears.
Once you have typed "DELETE", the Delete button will illuminate, and you'll be able to delete the folder and all its contents.
