This article will show how to mass-grade an assessment that was created using a Standards grading scale. *NOTE - the only types of Standards-Based assessments that can be mass-graded are Rubric and +(Plus) assessments.

Rubric Assessments:

Within the Assessments module, click on Assigned, then select the class for which you wish to grade an assessment. Then select the assessment you wish to grade.

  • Check the box to the left of each student whom you wish to assign the same grade to. ┬áTo select all students, click the checkbox at the top.
  • Optional - Leave a comment if you choose - this comment will be given to the students that were selected.
  • Double-click the dropdown in the appropriate column to assign the grade to all students who are checked. Do this for as many rubric descriptors as you'd like.

+ (Plus) Assessment

Within the Assessments module, click on Assigned, then select the class for which you wish to grade an assessment. Then select the assessment you wish to grade.

  • Click the Grade All button in the upper right hand corner.
  • Choose the level to give all students.
  • Click Save in the upper right hand corner.
