Main administrator account holders have the ability to bulk upload family information into Otus. 

**Please know that this does not create accounts for family members. These account holders will still have to create an account by visiting and entering their child's student code. 

Step 1: Log into the main administrator account for you district. Then, click on "Control Center"

Step 2: From there, click "Uploads".

Step 3: Click the Family Contact tab.

Step 4: In the top right corner, you will see an option to download the Family Information template. For more information about upload requirements, click the "i" icon to the left.

After your family information has been added to the template, please save the file to your computer.  Now, just drag and drop that file into the dotted line, or click the center to choose the file from a finder window. 

All upload attempts will show up in the list below the upload box.
