Family contact information can be uploaded in bulk through the Control Center located in the Main Admin account.

❗ Note: This does not create accounts for family members or manually link students to existing family accounts. Family members will still have to create an account by visiting my.otus.com and enter their student's code to link their student to their account

  • Step 1: Once in the Control Center, click on Uploads. The default landing page for uploads is the Family Information tab.

  • Step 2: Download and complete the template.

  • Step 3: Clicking on the information symbol will show you the required and optional elements of the template.

  • Step 4: Once the template has been filled out, upload it by dragging and dropping or clicking inside the indicated box.

💡 Tip: If an upload already exists, the existing file will need to be removed before the new file can be uploaded. The new upload overwrites the previous information. Please ensure that any family contact information you want to keep exists in the new file as well.
